Most of my recipes are of my own design, and the advice I may offer on natural health is based on years of reading and research based on my own experience of extremely sensitive skin.
You will soon realise that I am not a typical blogger who copies content from here and there to offer information and recipes on home cosmetics.
I can’t call myself a naturopath because I can’t fit into a single stream of natural medicine.
I have read a pile of books on natural medicine, ayurvedic medicine, energy therapy, aromatherapy, gemmotherapy, transcendental psychology and postmodern philosophy…

Different currents and perspectives from which, let’s say, I apply what works for me within these different approaches and visions of natural health.
Primarily, on this blog I write articles about organic skincare and Ayurvedic cosmetics. My focus here is on sharing healthy recipes for caring for the most sensitive and reactive skin types, although I may also occasionally address general natural health topics from a holistic and environmentally conscious perspective.
